I know, I did bad on the shading. But I am working on it lol. I think that when I am thinking of putting shading a put too much and then when I am not thinking of putting shading a somehow put the perfect amount of shading into it or at least almost perfect. That happens when I don't want shading a lot lol. Then when I want shading it gets too dark.

Okay, this one is seriously just a sketch sketch, because I didn't add much detail into it and yes, I am doing Byakuya a lot. But that's because I am trying to make Kenpachi and he looks like a giant deformity. Once he is no longer a deformity I will put him up on here too. And just what are the things in his hair? Shinigami hair curlers? It's bothering me that I have no clue what they are and I actually made them look somewhat good in here. O__o

And here is another Byakuya. I will soon start doing Kenny but right now I am working on his face lol. Have you noticed that Bya-kun is getting less and less recognizable in my art? And we can put flower power on the list of things I cannot draw along with gloves... looks like I gave him sock gloves. FEAR THE POWER OF THE RED TOED SOCK!

This is the best Ken-chan I have got so far. I can't help but think that I made him look a bit like a turtle. Anyway, I will be getting better drawing him! 
Hopefully...
Oh, and sorry for the smudges on his face. I was using charcoal earlier.
