well, it the idea starts with the samurai being of noble birth, not high enough to be emperor but high enough to have a lot of land. He has been living for the emperor and working as a samurai since he was seven, and having become a full fledged samurai since he became an adult(much like the medieval knight did). Now he doesn't work in the imperial city, instead working in his father's city, but he does get promoted to general and goes off to live in the imperial city to work as one of many generals. Well, despite the fact he knows he really shouldn't do it, since, of course, his father will choose from a wide amount of equal rank(some of one rank below and one rank higher then himself), for a wife for him, but he just can't help, but fall in love with a young woman who works in a nice restaurant. One of those restaurants that is made for those of high status, like the emperor and samurai were given the same kind of service because the rulers made them as much superhero like of their day as they could. My idea is that the werewolf(not got a name yet) is the son of a very ruthless and powerful alpha. In this world, there is no such thing as free humans. Why? So, now all humans are in 'camps' 'communities' and 'tribes' which are fancy words for fenced in prisons where they are bred for different purposes. When the werewolf come of age, his father buys him his first official (meaning not under the table black market) toy. The little human has been bred over the hundreds of years that the mythical races have been ruling and so, she can deal with his stamina well. Yeah, I had a bit of an idea of a realm that was unknown to most, referred to as Valhal. The realm has nine different realms in and of itself and each realm is protected by the those who love in the realm of the Aesir. The Aesir have warriors in each of valhals realms and the only reason Valhal decides to show itself, is because of the fact that the enemy is gathering help from valhals enemies. And that's the start anyway. It's based off Valhalla and the nine realms the Viking gods watch over. The reason they closed down their gates is because mortals no longer believed in them, and they found no reason to be there for them. Much later throughout history people start believing again and the big baddies hear about these powerful beings and the doors are opened behind the backs of the aesir.
