Ghost hunting! Yay!

One of my friends has what she believes is a haunted house on her property. And she was to scared to go by herself, so I joined in with a few other friends.

We got to the house and jumped the gate, walking down the dirt path towards the house when we saw some sort of furry tree. One of my friends who just so happens to be in track, yelled that it was a demon and ran for her life towards the gate. My other friend, the own who has the house on her property, and in the chain of reaction, screamed and she ran for the gate. Beating the track runner.

I on the other hand, stood there like an idiot. Because I am use to seeing ghosts and because I didn't have my glasses, I was as blind as a bat. I turned around to them and asked why they were running and right after I said that I felt something grab the back of my hair and lift it up and down a few times and then touch my shoulders.

Now, just so you know, before I left to spend the night with my two friends and before we left to check out the house at 3 am. I watched Love at First Bite and looked up vampires out of boredom, so the first thing I thought was vampire and I started running after them.

My friend, who likes to be called Tiger, is the one who happens to be in track. And my other friend, who likes to be called Wolf, who's family owns the house, happens to be a farmgirl and run from bulls a lot. And me... I'm a girl with medical problems and can't run very fast and for very long... I beat them both to the gate in under 3 seconds even thought they both had a 30 or more foot headstart.

Tiger, jumped over the gate like she was in a race. Grab the gate and both feet swung over and landed on the other side. Wolf jumped... or flew over like she was being chased by the cops. And me, not only being stupid and forgetting my glasses... I also decided to wear flip-flops and when I started climbing the gate, I felt the hands on my shoulders and back and I climbed that gate like I was gonna be attacked by a tiger.

And you know what happened? My flip-flop got stuck and I fell face first to the ground. And you know how your arms start flapping around like your trying to fly when your on your feet and you start to fall forward and backward? I did that and felt like a total idiot afterwards. And I don't know how, but I ended up on my back, instead of my face.

I got up and we ran into the car and floored it back to Wolf's house. And during the ride, Tiger decided to be evil and point out of the windows and randomly scream, causing Wolf to cuss like a sailor and floor it, then slow down again. I told Tiger to stop... she just pointed and screamed at my window... and me being the idiot again, I forgot to turn off my flashlight and I pointed the flashlight at the window and lets just say, I was laughing my ass off afterwards at my stupidity.

After my friends and I got home, Tiger said that she thought it was a demon, Wolf said that she thought it was a werewolf, and I said that I thought it was a vampire... then they started laughing their asses off at me. They said I did the most epic face/back plant they had ever seen. They said that I looked like some sort of animal... so now my nicknames Fox lol.

The moral of the story? All I have is a list.
1. DO NOT WEAR FLIP-FLOPS
2. If you are scared that it might be a demon, don't go.
3. If you are scared that it might be a werewolf, don't go.
4. If you are scared that it might be a vampire, either don't watch any vampire related stuff before you go to a haunted house... or bring garlic... or eat garlic. No one likes garlic breath.

After my friends and I told my dad what happened, he said that he thinks it was a horny hobo. Then I learned that when he was my age he and his friends jumped a fence after being chased by a wild bore, and he face/back planted on the ground too after getting his foot stuck in the fence... now I know where I get it from. ;D

Okay, I know I haven't written anything about Ghosts in like... freaking forever. That's because I have been very busy since I put the first post but I am very bored at the moment and have lots of new things to add. Yay! Just so everyone knows, I can't put times or dates because I don't remember what dates and times really so... whatever. Anyway, there have been Ghosts in my home since I first moved to my current home. Six to be exact. I am not sure really how I know but there are six spirits. Anyway, here are some of the occurrences that has been happening in my home as of late...


Okay, now this here anyone will say is typical. And to my it is. Few months ago, I was sitting in the computer room. The reason was my father asked me to do updates before I went to bed. Anyway, it's like 9-10 at night and it's dark and there is a storm outside. Yeah, typical right? Anyway, I finished the updates and I was going to turn off the computer when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I had smiled because I knew it was my dad and I told him that I did the updates and was heading to bed. But the thing is, is when I looked at my shoulder I saw the hand. It looked like my dads but older. And when I looked at the person... There was no one there! Now normal people would freak out, all I said was goodnight and went to bed.


Here is the second occurrence. I was sleeping in my bed, when I woke up. And don't ask me what time it was because I don't have a clock. Anyway, I heard running in the upstairs hallway and the light turned on as the person ran down the stairs. I figured it was one of my little brothers and decided to get up so I could turn the light back off. They like to leave the light on and it wastes electricity. I opened the door when the person was coming up the stairs and I saw nothing! Just heard footsteps. Now that one I know who it is. It's the spirit of the dead toddler. I just shut the light off and went to bed. And here's something too. My dad doesn't believe in Ghosts... he does now after hearing the toddler when the kids and I were at my grandma's for the summer.


Okay, now I will go with occurrences that happened few years back.


This is when I first moved to my home. The first night I slept here I heard something heavy fall, like a piece of furniture. I turned on the light and saw my room was completely empty, just like it was when I went to sleep. It still occurs once a month every year.


This happened about four years ago. I was sleeping in the bed when I suddenly felt like I couldn't breath. I woke up and took in a deep breath, my hand going to my throat. I was hot and sweating and the air in the room felt like it was choking me. Not long after I woke up I felt eyes watching me from the side of the room where I hear the noise all the time, though now that's where my bed is now. Anyway, I quickly turned on the light and looked around. I was freaked out because I saw nothing but felt eyes. I decided to just go to sleep and so, I did... with the covers over my head.


Now this happened when I first moved into the house. My grandfather had just died. It was a very difficult time for our family. He died in the 6th of December. I remember because I always have a dream about him that night. Anyway. I was crying and felt really sad. Then I felt someone wrap an arm around me and hold me close. I thought it might have been my mother because the person was warm. But when I turned around yet again, there was nothing. So, I just cuddled and slept. I know, silly right.


Now, the living room is freaky at night, this happened every night for few years. I was going to bed and stopped in the living room when I heard the door jiggling like crazy, just banging. The door was still shut in the lock but the person wouldn't turn the doorknob. Finally, thinking it was my little brother, I walked over to the door and it suddenly stopped. I opened it as quickly as I could, I even made a small dent in it when it hit the cabinet. And yet again, no one was there. This continued every night until one night I said out loud through the doorway, 'Hey, there's sleeping kids in the house.' It strangely stopped after that.


This is the last thing so far that happened and it happened a month ago. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Once I had finished and was going back to my room, I entered the living room to see my dog growling at the open door. I had left it all the way open so I could go right through and close it on my way up. Anyway, I stood there for awhile and Sam just continued to growl for few minutes before the door close completely. Now that freaked me out but I just went upstairs and went to bed.


I am not saying that you should believe me fully. Or not believe me at all. But do keep an open mind. These are all my experiences and I felt that I should share. And it is said that energy cannot be created... or destroyed. And that is very true indeed for energy is all around us... What do you think it is?

Okay, I know I just posted but my mother just told me something very strange. This post will be about my parents experiences...


Okay, first things first, the fun one I think is totally awesome! My parents went into a graveyard few years back to obtain some of the graveyard dirt, because apparently it's good luck. Like Captain Jack Sparrow's jar of dirt. Anyway, they stepped out of the car and walked up to the gate, turning on the flashlight and soon going through the gate. Once they were deep enough in the graveyard(my parents like me love ghosts((my dad does NOW))so yeah, we do stupid Ghost Hunting stuffs) the light flicked off. My dad jiggled it around and it just wouldn't turn on, and the strange thing is that they had just changed the batteries. Anyway, my mother stated that they were only there to get some dirt, whereupon the light came back on.


The second occurrence is my mother was laying down with my little brother in her room. And I will tell you this now, my parents room is freaking scary at night! Anyway, she finally put my little brother to sleep and she opened her eyes and slowly sat up. In front of her was an orb of a greenish-bluish hue. She quickly got out of the bed and traveled into our kitchen, telling my dad to get the camera. When they went back into the room, the orb was gone. My mom swears up and down she saw it floating around the room, and my dad got five minutes of footage of nothing but darkness. He deleted it later because it didn't have anything on it. Though I wish he kept it in a way.


The third belongs to my dad. He and my mother were cleaning the downstairs while my brothers and I were at our grandmothers for the summer. My mother went to the bathroom and my dad heard running upstairs. He went over to the hallway door(The same one that was jiggling like mad till I said for it to stop) and opened it up. Thinking my mother was up there, he called for her and waited. My mother popped up behind him coming into the living room to see him and asked him why he called her. Guess what, NOW my dads a believer.

Well whoop-dee-doo. Guess what? I'm back with another crazy experience. And this time I know where two of the ghosts are standing! One is in my room next to the window, a cold spot. I checked for a draft and there is none. Then, as I was walking up the stairs to my room, when I got up the steps I felt another cold spot, and it went right through me down the stairs and I heard the foot steps.


Strange right? Well it get's stranger. Last night I felt like I was being watched, and when I turned around I saw a 13 year old boy dressed like those in the eighteen hundreds. I freaked because I never saw a ghost that clear before and ran into my room. And I mean, it was like an actual picture, he had a natural skin color and all. Few minutes later I opened up the door and he wasn't there. I am not sure what to think of this one, all in all, I honestly think I was scared by a trick of the light.

Now it's not the door in the hallway that's banging anymore. Now it's the door to my little brothers room. He says that he never goes to sleep in his room because it's creepy, and that's true, it is creepy. But now he says that he saw the door opening and closing with a loud bang by itself. Thing is is that I have never heard that door bang, but I have seen it slam shut once by itself.

HAHAHAAAAA! ANOTHER PARANORMAL THING HAS HAPPENED! Okay, I actually think this is a just something random that happened. But my parents and I were watching Ghost Hunters International on Netflix and my mom, she is so funny. She loves watching scary movies, but then she wakes me up to go to the bathroom with her at night afterwards. What happened was after watching an episode about Frankenstein's Caste and well, my mom asked me to go to the bathroom with her. What happened was while we were inside, my mom started talking about how creepy the bathroom is, and how the door will close by itself. That has happened to me many times and all I do is say 'Thank you' and continue what I am doing. Well, she told me how she thinks that it's a ghost that closing the door but before she could finish my mother and I heard shifting behind the door. My mom was looking at the door wide eyed and I just got up and looked behind the door thinking it was just the cat and what do ya know, I saw absolutely nothing behind the door that would shift like that. In the end my mom and I just began laughing and walked out of the bathroom. It could have been the drawer next to the door, but I am not sure it was that. And we have squirrels going through the walls of our house, but there is a pantry on the other side of the wall, so they woudn't be able to go through the wall behind it.
