The crickets chirped their song all through the forest of the islands of Hawaii, though seemed the loudest around the quaint little home of the Pelekai family. The sun slowly rising as the hour of early morning approached. Ah, such a beautiful scene it wa---"LILO! TIME TO GET UP YOUR GONNA BE LATE FOR HULA PRACTICE!" The eldest female of the house, Nani, screamed while desperately trying to make a decent breakfast that the other 'adults' of the house didn't care to help her with.
The crickets stopped their song due to the noise of every morning that now erupted from the not-so-soundproof walls of the house. Doctor Jumba Jookiba, now known as Uncle Jumba, burst into the kitchen, almost looking as if he would skyrocket through the house due to how excited he looked about his almost finished project. Badgering Nani about it as Lilo and the all famous Stitch walked into the room.
As par usual Nani burnt breakfast, Jumba was no help, Lilo just grabbed some toast and Stitch drank all he coffee again. All in a span of few precious minutes left for Nani to make it to work and Lilo to catch the bus. Before the two human girls(plus Stitch) could even think of leaving there was what sounded like a dying giraffe quoting: ''WHAT AM I GONNA DO!''
Everyone stopped as they heard Pleakley running down the stairs dressed in drag to go shop for food for the day in a crazed panic. ''What is be going on?'' Jumba asked his bestest friend, of which Pleakley hugged him as he cried, ''My shoes! My shoes are all missing a pair! I can't go out in different shoes on each foot!" he wailed. ''Why not use different pair?'' Jumba asked as Nani waved to them and said by but couldn't because she now had a crying earth expert holding onto her for dear life. ''I can't Jumba, all my left shoes are missing! What am I gonna wear of my left foot?" he screamed. "Which foot is the left one?" Jumba chuckled, making the green noodle glare at him, "Oh haha very funny." he said and was about to say something else when Nani interrupted, ''Now that I notice it, all my missing shoes are the left shoes as well...'' she said, making everyone think about it as Lilo and Stitch headed off to Hula School before all three adults, Nani, Pleakely and Jumba looked at Stitch.
Stitch felt their gazes on him like Cobra Bubbles looking at Nani when he first arrived in Lilo's Ohana, and quite frankly it crept him out. He turned his head and waved, saying bye before grabbing Lilo and making a run for the school. If he didn't get her to the school, not only would she be late, but he would be interrogated most likely for the missing left shoes in the house.
While Stitch was gone, Jumba being the awesome evil genius we all know and love gave a laugh. Like one of those laughs he has when he's watching movies on friday family night and he something either get exploded, killed, or something evil happens before Pleakley stopped him, ''It's Stitch isn't it?" he asked. "Bingo." Jumba stated with a smile before turning on the tv, only to find out that there was a thief stealing a bunch of a left shoes. And because of this, he knew older girl would kill him and so, he set to find Stitch.
Seeing that Stitch was not at the school, he pulled out his special experiment tracker and eventually found Stitch back at the house in Lilo's closet. And upon opening the closet, and no clue how it was all stuffed in there, Stitch fell out with millions of left shoes that just covered the floor in few inches of footwear that smelled like feet.
As a result of this when Lilo came back, Stitch's goodness level went down and he had to, sadly and reluctantly, give back all the shoes.
I don't know if I am honestly the only one who remembers Jumba saying something about destroying cities, backing sewers and stealing everybody's left shoe in the first movie. And so far, never seen it in any Lilo and Stitch based fanfics I read... so yeah. Was itching for this. XD
