Qualifications needed to be an Admin
1. You MUST have at least 100 posts.
2.You must be active either before or when you become a admin,otherwise you will be gone.
3. You must know what you are doing,such as if you are making a skin, or reporting a member.
Rules For being a Admin.
1. In order to ban/suspend a member it must be taken up with me (Shadow) and the other Admin(s) in order to take affect.Along with proof that they have done something wrong.(meaning do not delete the accussing post until the person is found guilty or innocent)
2.No messing with Finished Skins/layouts unless there is a problem with it.(the default layout is an exception)

Just fill out the application and post it up.
Label it : (insert Username) admin Application.
Your application will be looked over and considered for promotion.
